Prices exclude VAT. Pay for a year and you pay eleven months instead of twelve, on the package and on additional users. A light user works only in the Dashboard and one module, for example the Time clock, and does not take one of the package’s users. Additional users, light users and extra capacity are priced separately, on the published list.

Do I really get every module for one price?

Yes, all of them, even on the free package.

The package does not decide which modules you use: it decides how many people work in Custodo and with what volume — storage, AI pages, mailboxes, messages, credits. When one allowance alone is short, you add just that.

When is module development free?

When the module is useful to other businesses too.

If we select your proposal for the platform, we cover the agreed development; features and timelines are settled before work starts, and sending a proposal does not mean it has been accepted. Usage follows your package, any consumption, migration or specific integration costs are listed in the proposal, and exclusive customisations are quoted separately. Other customers may use the module too, but your business data stays separate: the feature is shared, the data is not.
