Do I really get every module for one price?
Yes, all of them, even on the free package.
The package does not decide which modules you use: it decides how many people work in Custodo and with what volume — storage, AI pages, mailboxes, messages, credits. When one allowance alone is short, you add just that.
Where do I start?
With whatever takes most of your time today.
Documents to organise, approvals to chase, customers and tasks to keep together: the demo starts from one process and the modules that handle it.
Does storing a file mean it has been legally preserved?
No, and the difference matters.
Legal preservation is a dedicated process, with rules, responsibilities and evidence. Uploading a file to the Archive, preventing its deletion or exporting it as a PDF is not enough: in Custodo, the Preservation module handles it.
Does legal preservation cover expense claims too?
Yes, expense claims and receipts too.
When a claim is approved, Custodo files its PDF with the receipts in the «Nota spese» class, and preservation picks it up from there, under the rules defined for your business. It is included in every package.
Does punching from the phone track where employees are?
No: it only checks they are at the workplace, when they punch.
When someone punches, the app checks they are inside the workplace’s area: Custodo keeps the workplace, whether they were inside or outside and the distance, never the coordinates. The phone uses the location only while the app is in use, never in the background. From a computer, employees punch remotely if their profile allows it.
Does every employee who punches take up one of the package’s users?
No: someone who only punches is a light user.
A light user sees the Dashboard and a single module, for example the Time clock: they punch, request holidays and leave, read the notice board and download their own timesheet. Every paid package includes a number of light users, shown on the price list, and more are added in groups of five.
When is module development free?
When the module is useful to other businesses too.
If we select your proposal for the platform, we cover the agreed development; features and timelines are settled before work starts, and sending a proposal does not mean it has been accepted. Usage follows your package, any consumption, migration or specific integration costs are listed in the proposal, and exclusive customisations are quoted separately. Other customers may use the module too, but your business data stays separate: the feature is shared, the data is not.
Can I keep using my existing business software?
Yes. We look at connecting the two together.
Custodo provides integration tools to connect with the programs you already use. Feasibility and the work involved depend on the software and the data to exchange: tell us where you are starting from.
How is my business activated?
You write to us, and we activate it for you.
Leave your email and your company’s name in the contact form: we get back to you, show you the product on the work you want to simplify, and set up your company’s environment ourselves.
Who controls what the AI can do?
You do, through the permissions you assign.
AI extracts data that you can check and correct. Assistants only see what their permissions allow and cannot sign documents. When you connect an external assistant, requested content also goes to its provider: the product explains this before you connect.
