The answers you need
Which task can I start with?
Start with what takes up the most time today: organising documents, tracking approvals or keeping customers and activities together. Your demo can focus on one process and the modules that help manage it.
Does legal preservation cover expense claims too?
Yes. Legal preservation also covers expense claims and receipts. Collect expenses, approve the claim and preserve its documents with the dedicated module, under the rules defined for your business. Claim PDFs with receipts require the Premium tier of Expenses.
Does storing a file mean it has been legally preserved?
Legal preservation requires a dedicated process, with rules, responsibilities and evidence. Uploading to the Archive, preventing deletion and exporting a PDF do not complete this process on their own: in Custodo, the Preservation module handles it.
When is module development free?
When Custodo selects the proposal for the platform because it helps other businesses too. We assess the need, fit with the product and potential to reuse the solution. Features and timelines are agreed before work starts. Submitting a proposal does not mean it has been accepted.
What will I pay to use the new module?
The offer covers the agreed development. Usage follows the plan and module tier; any consumption, migration or specific integration costs are listed separately in the proposal. Exclusive customisations are quoted separately.
Will other businesses be able to use the module?
Yes, if it is selected for the platform. Other customers can use the functionality under the applicable terms. Your business data stays separate: sharing a feature does not mean sharing data.
Can I keep using my existing business software?
We can assess a connection to the programs you already use. Custodo provides integration tools; feasibility and any work needed depend on the software and the data to exchange. Tell us where you are starting from.
Do I have to buy all the modules?
Every module is included at Base in every plan, including the free one. The plan sets people and volumes; higher tiers add features to individual modules.
How is my business activated?
Register online, confirm your email and enter your business details. Activation follows verification of the signed documents and company registration extract. If you would like to see the product first, request a demo.
Who controls what the AI can do?
AI extracts information that you can check and correct. Assistants access data according to assigned permissions and cannot sign documents. When you connect an external assistant, requested content also goes to its provider: the product explains this before you connect.
